I have both iTerm2 and Hyper and honestly, I love them both. Which one I use really depends on which comes to mind first when I need a terminal. That said, I've been using Fig mostly in the last couple of weeks, I just like the auto-complete capabilities.

This is my favorite video edition tool. It is feature rich so the UI is a bit overwhelming for beginners. I use it to edit all my YouTube videos and courses.

The best screenshot and screen recording app for Mac with a built-in annotation tool, Cloud uploading, scrolling capture, and a lot more. It is not free however.
